Refund Policy

If a stay or part of is cancelled by the operator:
For example if a change of circumstances prevent the booking from going ahead, a full or partial refund may be authorised by the operator, you need to contact us. Please explain the reason for the full or partial refund and the person you spoke to. We will then credit your original card the agreed refund amount.

If the cancellation has been made by the operator concerned for any reason, a cancellation fee will not apply.

If you wish to cancel the booking:
You will need to contact us at your earliest opportunity. Please advise why you cancelled the booking and the person you spoke to.

Re-scheduling:
A stay can often be rescheduled if sufficient advanced warning is given to us. This can be done by calling us on 0800 249 555. There is usually no charge for this.
